I love giving my business to Southwest Airlines. During the airline crisis after 9-11 they didn’t file for bankruptcy, and they consistently and prudently run a tight ship, and typically offer great service and airfare pricing.

Southwest is a model of American business ingenuity and integrity. They are used as the case study of excellence in management training workshops. They know what their business is. They appreciate the suggestions from customers, but mostly they just keep doing what they know works for them and their customers.
