I have scheduled regular posts of the outline and activities for each topic. This is a handy WordPress blog feature. I can set up posts in advance. They will automatically appear as new posts on the blog at the predetermined time and date.
If you want to ensure that participants get regular reminders via email, this is one way to do it. All the reminders can be added and scheduled in advance. They can be changed at anytime, if necessary.
