k-3 blended learning

As part of testing for a Global Learning Xprize project, we are looking for OERs for K-3 (primary or early elementary, 4-7 year olds). Although the ultimate aim is to deliver the resources on robust pre-loaded tablets without teachers, a lot can be learned by the developers and the kids with a blended model. Classroom teachers are using technology for differentiation, enrichment, reinforcement, learning stations and promoting different ways of learning. The teachers don’t call it “blended learning” but that is what it is.

One of the big challenges will be linking the resources in such a way that they can be presented to the learners as a “path” so the learner is presented with practice and application and then new information as they are ready to move to the next step in the sequence for the subject.

Any suggestions for repositories of OERs and authoring tools for K-3 would be greatly appreciated.
